M-Sport Wheels - Fit an F20?
Quick question. The wife is looking at a new 116i M-Sport. I have a set of 351M wheels, 19" that came with the M-Sport kit on my 2013 F10.
Can I put them on the 116i? I asked the sales girl in the showroom today, but here in Bangkok they are all really cute but know nothing about cars, and no service techs in on the weekend to ask either... |

No, the five series has a lower offset, so those wheels would end up outside the fender lips of the F20. The F20 wheels will however fit on the F10 if you use spacers.

OverK is correct. However if you were determined, you could get the guards stretched professionally to fit those wheels. It would give it a serious look. Not sure that a 116i fits that type of look. The other solution is to buy a set of 19" from the M135i (there were a few sets for sale on the forum and E bay) |

A 19" wheel could be a little over the top on the 116 imo but as above the style 436 in 18" guise from the M135i would go straight on without a problem and look good.
Dealers often demount delivery wheels from cars where customers have specified optional rims so worth asking if they have any sets for sale and bid them.
