I'm really not sure about that. The only sports i like to watch are football and auto/motorcycle racing. I don't get how people can watch golf, bowling, etc... Baseball.... shit, that's like watching paint dry. But even with football and racing, i'd much rather go do something most of the time.

Maybe a lot of guys veg out because of stress. I think most guys feel pressure to be successful, have a family, be a dad, etc... and for lots of guys who don't exercise, that can lead to vegging out rather than doing. Kind of a shitty cycle for many. Get up early, go to work, get home late from work, too tired to do anything, eat, go to sleep (after a few hours on BP) and get up to do it again. I think that's why so many guys like playing Golf. Gets them out of the house for 5 hours where they don't have those daily responsibilities.
