Damaged rotors??

Hey there,
Today I installed new pads on my M135i
Later I noticed some "chips" on the front passenger rotor..
It's doesnt look too deep but still wanted to know if it will disappear with few km's of driving.
Also after resetting the pads I noticed that front brake pads has 32,000km
While the rear has only 26,000km, is it normal?

All of that seems normalt to me. Nothing to worry about.

So drive on. Find it out.

Wear them to this extent (picture from "F2x MP BBK ++ - initial impressions"):

and then replace.
