F3x 441M wheels on F20
Hello!
I'm considering swap my 386M wheels by F3x 441M wheels and get 1/2 inch wider both axels. I expect won't have any issues and fit perfectly (performance and look) even lowered with Eibach Pro kit springs 441M are 18x8" ET34 front / 18x8'5" ET47 rear What do you think? Thanks! No worries.
I had 19x9.5ET45 and 19x50ET50 both with slightly stretched tyre (255/35-19) Also had 18x8ET34 with a bigger Kumho tyre (225/40-18) and now 18x8.5ET45 with an even bigger Kumho tyre (245/40-18) No space issues |

Yes, 18" x 8" ET34mm. London to settle in Yorkshire 4 up with luggage in < 4hrs. No issues at all even going across Yorkshire dales.

If in doubt opt for square set up all round, either
8" ET34mm F & R and keep oem staggered tyre sizes F & R [same as my setup] or 8.5" ET47mm F&R with stock tyres as above. Either way will work, 8.5" wide rims may allow you to run wider tyres than stock ie 235/40/18 F and 255/35/18 R.

Well, I have opportunity to get a good deal in an OEM 441M set of a colleague who change to 19" in his new coupe.
So my only option at this moment is standard 441M alloy wheel set with different sizes F and R, but keeping my stock tyre sizes 225-40 front/245-35 rear. I would like my car set up looks like Pave's M135i with 397 style wheels. What would you do? Keep 386M or change to 441M ferric grey color... Last edited by Lucas S.; 11-18-2014 at 03:02 PM.. |
