Another M135i arrived!

Got mine today as well and all I can say is WOW what a car!! Done 100 miles in it today in mixed conditions and its exceeded my expectations in every area. Very happy with the ride coming from a M sport E87, handles bumps, speed bumps etc perfectly.

Few minor issues here and there but that was me trying really hard to sport the weaknesses. All of them are made up for by the speed and overall feel of the car.

Steering took a little bit of getting used to but its really not that bad. Eco Pro isn't something im going to be using too often! Overall feel of the car and quality is a step up from the last generation.

Did 100 miles on less than a quarter of a tank as well for those interested.

Also thanks to everyone for the help on here and the constant posting of pics etc. If anyone has any questions or things they want me to try out let me know Id be more than happy to oblige.

For all those still waiting hang in, its definitely worth the wait!

Sapphire Black, Coral Leather, Pro Nav, Adaptive suspension, Auto box and pretty much everything else on the options list!

Great news mate. Good to hear time after time that those who are taking delivery are pleased with the end product.

I wonder how many of us have actually driven one before ordering? I definitely haven't and here in the Uk demonstrators have only been online for a short while.

Please get some pics up. Mines due next week at the dealers all being well. The wait is killing me now.

Enjoy your new toy.

I am still waiting for mine to arrival this Dec. Do you intend to change out the rims?. Been looking ard for some nice rims, i notice most are 19" like P44 HRE.
Signz. Do not wish to upsize rims. You have any ides how heavy the stock rims weight ?

Cheers

I haven't tried one either yet..

That's why I also ordered the adaptive suspension and I guess the Supersport NON RF Tyres are more 'comfy'(less noise) than for example the S001 RFT 19 inch Potenzas I have now on my F30.

I'd like to have 19" wheels too, just for the look of it.

BUT I think it would make the handling/balance/setup worse. Those OEM 18 inch M135i wheels are extralight(dunno the weight though..) plus the Supersport Michelins are great too.

Cheers

Mine actually has run flats unfortunately. Good Year Eagles. The car was already ordered by the dealer so didnt have any choice. They ticked every option box except for climate control!! Which is a bit annoying not knowing the temp, but its a minor issue that I am already over. I just want to drive it all the time!

Run-flats are a no cost option. If you tick that box you get what the M-Sports also get.

Congrats on the new toy. You have some of the best roads there in UAE to have some fun with it. A quick trip into the mountains in Oman must be on the cards
Can you do day hire at the F1 track?
That would be fun fun fun
Post pics soon

Pictures soon just waiting for someone with a decent camera to come round.

As for the roads, yes they are perfect! Oman will be on the cards later but done the roads to Fujeriah already and that was serious fun in spite of being limited to 5,000 rpm. 700 km to go till I can open it up properly!
