Remus Exhaust for F20 1.16i
Hi there,
I am planning to purchase remus exhaust for my 1.16i sport. But I could not get the difference between two versions( street race/ carbon race). Can someone explain the difference ? I think street version is louder than carbon ? http://www.remus.eu/shop-pkw/bmw/1-s...3b16-2011.html Street Race: http://www.remus.eu/0840111583c-spor...treetrace.html Carbon Race: http://www.remus.eu/0840111583cs-spo...rbon-race.html Last edited by padishah; 04-03-2012 at 07:40 AM.. |

The only difference is the design of the tip of the exhaust...nothing else. Thus the price difference is only €10.

Ive been using them for 2months. I have canceled the front muffler and replaced the last muffler with remus. The sound is really impressive and it is not disturbing. I had promised to record a video and will do it in a little while.

In therory it could effect your warrantee. if you use the same size pipes as the 118i then there should not be a problem, however if you change the mufflers it may change exhaust gas flow from the engine and if that contributes to a malfunction of the turbo/s that could be an issue for you.
