F21 114i OBD connection problem

Hy all,

Before I start I would like to give you some background information about my issue. I have a F21 114i and I would like to code with e-sys but for some reason I can not connect to my car through enet cable. The LED is NOT blinking on the Ethernet port and ZGW Search shows blank. The icon on the taskbar shows "no cable connected"

I have tried to connect with 3 different PC and 2 cable. One of them was my friend's coding laptop what he use almost every day for his F20. I spent days playing with the setting on the laptop but no success. So that's why I want to focus on the car now.

I have checked the OBD fuse but all of them were okey. The OBD pins seems good. The OBD cable fit tight in the connector. The battery voltage level okey too.
I am out of idea. I have spent days to figure out what is the problem but no luck.

I would really appreciate any input.
