We would send the questions to you - the person being interviewed would not know what is being asked until the interview.

Well, that's the issue here...interest. The first few were novel and thus, interesting. The last one was not. ABSLSUWTF E93 was a good one because he drove and added content to the discussion.

So rather than leaving the interviewee up to chance, the question format should be the one driving the content and moving it along lickety split.

Yes. It'll mix things up a bit. If it doesn't work out, then change it up at anytime.

Even people in the same neighborhood can sound completely opposite. Yodaime and I live in the same neighborhood one street away from each other. Granted he's a boy, but his accent is so much different than mine.
