Just saw the trailer this morning. This could almost be a sequel to The Raid... well, The Raid 2. I couldn't remember how it ended though, if he lived or died.

He lived. Ended with him saying he's done with police and UC work. His other homie though died.

The trailer was good but IMO, a lot of gun play when what I loved about the Raid was the hand to hand combat. When I first saw the Raid 1 my mind was fucking blown. Granted I like the Ip Man and Kung Fu style fight scenes in various movies but Pencack Silat is absolutely much more entertaining and aggressive to watch.

I think I liked the Raid 2 even more than the first movie. The whole sequence near the end from when Rama arrives at the warehouse, fights bat boy and hammer girl, and then fights 'the assassin'.....
