I would keep it stock for a while, and get to know the car. Try to adapt the driver to the car, not the car to the driver. Then after a while, you will see if there is something that doesn't suit you.

On the 116i M-Sport, I think the stock setup is very good. If I should change anything, I would go for slightly stiffer dampers. I guess the M135 is not very different.

Eibach or H&R springs or if money is no problem KW coilovers.

Either BMW LSD or quaife - again depending on your budget.

Optional ARB's - Eibach or Hartge.

I have H&R springs, Hartge ARB's and quaife diff and the car has gone from good to superb in the handling/traction dept !!

Engine wise, JB4 and a downpipe [either catted or decat] should give you extra oomph. Exhaust upgrade [optional] but BMW MPE is back box only but milltek, scorpion, BCS and supersprint all do cat back systems.

In my opinion, stiffer springs on stock dampers is a downgrade when it comes to traction and handling, but maybe a visual lift.

M135i [with its grunty in line 6 over front axle] is very different to 116i.

Having driven my car [with adaptive dampers] on stock and upgraded H&R springs, the effect on ride, handling and traction [latter mainly due to LSD and upgraded ARB's] is a marked improvement.

Thats what I was looking at getting - the H&R springs. Do you have a link to the exact ones you have? you rate them?

Basically, H&R are more sporty than Eibach's which have a more oem ride. I wanted to firm up my cars adaptive ride in comfort for road and then have sport / sport + for occasional road and/or trackdays. Had eibachs on my 3 series with matched bilstein dampers - v good but wanted a firmer ride, hence why I opted for H&R springs.

Comfort now feels like default non-adaptive ride and sport is firmer still but useable on the road.

Lots of details in the attached thread.

H&R parts for M135i

Sports springs - http://web1.carparts-cat.com/default...E107004&12=130

ARB's/sway bars - http://web1.carparts-cat.com/default...E107004&12=130

Bastuck - seems like good quality for a reasonable price, either axle back or cat back or turbo back so lots of options to choose from. Plenty of video clips on YT to give you an idea of the sound.

Akrapovic - high end and currently not available for M135i - sounds the best IMHO. Not confirmed if Akra intend to make a catback for M235i, which should fit M135i, only tailpipes will protrude more on 1 series.

Challenge - USA - make a great sounding product for F30 335i [check it out on YT] and know they are months away from launching a catback sports exhaust for M235i - same comment as above wrt fitting 1 series

Those offsets will give you quite a bit of poke. Might need some fender work to fit. Would look awesome though!
Everyone seems to be pretty conservative with offsets and widths on their F20's.
There is a guy on here that has 19x8.5 +40 and 19x10 +50 which seems to be the most aggressive I have seen. Looks spot on.
What rims are you thinking?

I still havent got my M135i yet, but have some aggressive wheels planned. but want to measure up first before ordering them.

Thats not bad for supply and install.

I might go have a look. How are you finding the Pros?

Do you know what it was just for install? Was thinking of getting the H&R off ebay for around $370 shipped

They did not break up the cost into supply and install. The Eibachs are $420 for the set from the supplier in Sydney so the labour must be around the $500 mark.

I will get it fitted in a couple of weeks time when less busy at work.
