Review of ECU Tune by mcchip-dkr F20 116i
Hey guys!
On Monday morning, I left my car at Autowerks BKK for a mcchip-dkr full ECU Tuning. They removed the ECU, read it and then sent the image over to the guys at mcchip-dkr in Germany. I picked it up the following day - ready to go. I had a couple of test drives, and can say it feels super smooth. Power delivery all the way up to 6500 RPM (where the car shifts). I made a video, where I do a couple of testruns, using the Torque App and a Bluetooth OBD adapter. This is the first time I make a video like this. So its not a professional production in any way..

Nice! Congrats! Looks like it's quite a bit quicker than a standard 116i. Getting a bit tempted even though I think mine is all-right as it is already. It's looks like it wakens up on higher revs.
Think the video was better than most 0-whatever videos I've seen on Youtube. |

Please share the .csv log file also! Did you do a log before the tune?

Have anymore logs? These does not contain any useful information...
Settings - Data Logging & Upload - Select what to log...here you can add all sorts of cool things to log like AFR, Engine coolant temp, AIT, RPM, Turbo Boost etc etc When you want to log long-press the Setting button on the dial screen - Start log.

Morning
Did a small log on the way to work to show how Torgue can be used. My car is "stock" so the power figures are obviously not correct (car weight might be too high (1560kg+petrol) - although incredibly close to factory spec. I also have to figure out how to increase the resolution on the log, maybe another OBD2 dongle is required. No matter a fun toy to play around with
