I'm thinking about a Coil pack damaged because of water, but ISTA doesnt show any misfire, I know sometimes you can have a misfire but not detected on scanner, what Can I do? If I clean codes, it appear again when I drive at 120 km/h (75 miles)

If the engine has inhaled water, you are lucky if it runs at all. It is not uncommon to get complete, mechanical engine failure in such situations, since fluids are not compressible.

No it hasn't. Fatal damage is (should be considered) inevitable in this case nowadays. Only some old/simple engines could withstand that to a point, AFAIK.

The manual has wading precaution on page 133 ("Driving hints | Driving precautions"): maximum water depth 25 cm (9.8 inches) - that's approximately axle (half the wheel) height I guess , drive very slowly in still water (mind other cars causing waves ).
