Selecting a F20 125i M

Hi all
I am going to buy my F20 125I M at BMW Brisvegas, however I am not sure which colour or extras I should have. Some helpful advice from all would be great. I like the Estoril blue and the Alpine white. As far as extras I was doing a 'must have' and 'don't bother' list for these Sat nav, M brakes, Xenons, HK sound, Elect sun roof, etc.
I look forward to reading your views

make sure you add Full Black Panel to get this extended view:

with black panel

without it just has a a small display in the bottom middle.

estoril blue is exclusive to the m sport- and matches the interior estoril blue finishers, if you choose to have them, and the standard alcantara seats. although i saw a Valencia orange f20 at the dealer, and must say it looked quite nice.

the m brakes look nice, no doubt about it. hk sound is a must if you enjoy your music. i've heard electric sun roof comes in handy in aus.

i personally dont like the xenons on the new f20 that much, which is why i'm not heart broken that i cannot afford them at £1,100

i also got mine degadged- which is free!

The only must have are the rear parking sensors. Next would be the driver and comfort packs which most seem to specify which include the pdc, climate, steering assistance and extended lighting etc.

thankfully m sport comes with climate . i didnt go for either of those packs- so i dont have rear parking sensors- i'll just have to get used to the length of the car

there's been a lot of questions about the USB connection. Getting option 6NK seems to be a good choice, without it (i.e. 6NH) your USB connector has far less capability.

In Aus the 125I M comes with climate, 18'' M wheels, black leather interior as standard. BMW Aus extras are expensive in comparision to the UK and DE. EG Sun roof is $2600.00 , HK is $1650.00, M Brakes are $1360.00, PSatNav is $2300.00
Is the Professional Sat nav worth the money over the Business version?

Also have a look at Extended Storage. It adds some nifty little nets, straps, hooks & clips and placeholders for the centre console cupholders. All very useful.

with all those options, it may be worthwhile to look at the M135i hatch? For me, xenons are a must.

The adaptive steering is std for 125i. (love it)

I personally love the HK sounds system

I got mine 125i M-sport about a week ago. Alpine White with Coral red leather.

The only option I have is HK sounds system and Automatic Transmission.

If you added all the options it will cost you more than the standard F30 320i

How did you get a 125i hatch?
I spoke to a dealer and he had no idea that this model was available.
How much are they going for?

Apparently kelleners have one but I will be waiting for the genuine BMW M Performance Power Kit in development for the 125i hopefully arriving later in the year. No issues with warranty then.

That being said I would have thought the M135i is the natural successor to your current car.
