No, it's not. We don't have it on our M Sport car with the small display. And I don't miss it.

One other thing, at least in Greece, if you spec the option of the sport line seperetaly (as individual extras), they they will cost more (around 150 Euro more).
In Belgium it's the opposite. Sport seats, steering wheel and sensatec cost about 900 in total while the sport line costs 1600. So that's 700 euros extra or all the cosmetic stuff. I'd rather spec something useful like auto aircon for that price instead.

But packs and lines seem to vary a lot between countries so better check with your dealer.

What about alloy wheels? In Greece are extra...are in Belgium standard equipment?

Forgot about those They're also included in the sport line. So let's say you save around 400 euro on alloy wheels too, that still leaves a 300 euro difference. That's actually looking more reasonable.

Without a line alloy wheels aren't standard though. There are a lot of 1 series driving around with plastic wheel caps here.

A lot of guys mention the sport brakes. Are they really that much better than the standard ones to the point that they're a "must have" option?

I've only driven my M135i, but I seriously doubt it.

For normal driving the standard brakes are more than you will ever need, if you want to go track driving then yeah, sure, get them. i must say though, used a F30 328i on a track and its standard brakes held up with no issues.

I use a tomtom and its perfect, also has speed limit info.
PDC on a hatchback??? seriously????
Sunroof is great though.
m sport a must!!!
advanced bluetooth is uselfull.
xenons are nice to have, not a must.
leather seats for me look better than those alcantara things.

Standard brakes are also holding up very well on our 116i for track use. I would have gotten the M Sport brakes on a 125i, though.

Ovekvam, agree with you in 125i. Upgraded Brakes are definite plus. I test drove a 125i with standard brakes and they we good, but the Sport Brakes give so much more feel and braking power....

I wouldn't want to be without:

- Passive M Suspension, it's great
- Sport Seats and Steering Wheel, also great.
- Rear *and* front PDC, if only for the button to turn off the PDC (read up on why you want this)
- Auto aircon
- Cruise control
And for looks:
- M Sport package
- Xenons

I'd also always throw in the Storage Package, cheap and useful.

And an N55B30, yes please

Everything else is luxury!
