It has been a few months since I ordered my new F21 and I saw her for the first time today. What a little beauty. I have just a few days to wait to pick her up.
Any one else picking up an F20/21 in March?

Yes, picking my F20 up in a few weeks from Lloyd Jones - Southport. Apparently its currently on a ship from Brimmerhaven

Get my F20 116i M Sport on the 1st from Sytner Sunningdale.
Didn't have to wait long as it was a display model

Mine has just arrived after a 6 month wait. Just need to get some paperwork done, and I should be able to bring it home within a couple of weeks.

No didn't see that one. They have a nice M135i in white in the showroom no performance bodywork upgrades though.

Mine is Estoril Blue with Comfort pack and Sun protection, only arrived the day before I bought it apparently.

Nice one, although Syntners is my local dealer I only use it for servicing; I was not too impressed with the sales customer service, so used Barons instead.

What's the handover like at BMW? My previous experience at Alfa Romeo was top notch, red velvet cover which my wife got to unveil and a bouquet of flowers were also given to her.

Were your cars on the Tomar that just delivered a fresh load of cars last week? Keen to see what sort of turnaround time there is from dock to dealer.

Are you in Brisbane? The Tomar is scheduled to dock in Bris on 18 March...

Thanks, to be honest they have been very good. The handover today was fine no better or worse than other cars I have bought.

No handover point in the showroom though. Both Lexus and Mercedes had a showroom area for hand overs. This one was just sat in the rain unfortunately

No gift but then again I got a full tank of fuel and a reasonable discount...

Barons were excellent; the car was covered in the showroom waiting for me to drive her away. Very happy just got to get used to the automatic gears. The drive seems different from the coupe but that is probably just me.

Might see you around the Ascot area.

Well, after a computer failure at the dealership knocking everything out and a long wait for the sales guy to catchup on all his hand overs, and just about all the sales people suffering with nasty colds. I have finally got my new 118i M-Sport. To darks for pics but I am we'll chuffed.
And if anyone is wondering if its worth the financial stretch for the HK sounds system, I would say a big YES!!!!!

I will post some pics tomorrow.

Had my F21 a few days now and I have to say it is a better car than my previous 118d coupe, I am amazed that I am getting 55 mpg compared to only 44 mpg in the 118. Driving a combination of Eco in town and sport on the open road.
