BMW live error ?!

When I try start BMW live after a while it says"An internal error has occurred. Please try again later. "
Any ideas?

if you are using an android phone, ensure Bluetooth Tethering is enabled in the settings, I had this problem with my nexus 4

It wasn't working at all so I update the car software and then it worked and I registered and then got the email and activated it. And I have turned it on
