Option tire and mod. suspension

I have one simple question please, I guess this is just in theory.

If my friend were to stick on sticky heat melted option tire for a track day and setting some fast laps, in theory should the suspension be adjusted (if possible) accordingly?

Regards

It doesn't have to be, but to get the most out of the competition tires, you would want more negative camber than usual. That is why many track day cars are set up with camber plates, to do quick adjustments between road mode and track mode.
