steering wheel vibration

Dear F20 owners:
My car has just passed 10000km mileage, recently the steering wheel and gas pedal vibrate at 1100 rpm regardless of whether car is idling or being driven, other rpms are fine.
The vibration is similar to a cellphone vibration.
I took it to my dealer, they checked the engine ,engine mounts, front suspension, nearly all the front major components, still could not find the cause. and they said maybe it is resonance of the car.
I tested a same mileage 320i and a 525i at the dealer, they also vibrate but a bit less noticeable in hands.
I also found when the steering column is pushed way back to the dashboard, the vibration is least noticeable, but my driving position needs it being pulled out max.
It is very uncomfortable and unsmooth when driving at rush hour, does anyone has the same problem ? please help~~

Coming from a six cylinder car, I notice that the 116i vibrates a little, particularly at low RPM under load. It doesn't bother me, but the inline six was noticeably smoother.

It probably is a resonance with the column as the longer length when fully extended sounds like it's emphasising it. The pedal is probably down to the CDV operation which is normal, if a little odd feeling.

The Clutch Delay Valve? That is just a small orifice on the hydraulic clutch line. If should not make any vibrations in the throttle pedal, which is electronic. I think it is just vibrations from the engine mounts, since an inline four is never perfectly balanced.

Whoops yeah thought it was the clutch pedal, agree as I have a little throttle buzz as well.
