what the hell is wrong with you. the M2 is the best looking M car since the M3 CSL, and the front looks fucking awesome it looks like a big spider with killer fangs. love it. front is possibly the best part of the car

Disagree. The M2 could look better and is not the best looking M car. I'm not saying it's ugly. But that's just my opinion. I'm waiting for the M2 / 2 series LCI in hope they change those dreadful rear lights for a start.

Agree. Front of the m2 is the better end.

This hommage car got the rear of the 2 series right finally.

This is beautiful. I'd like to see a production concept with these wheels and modern white LED lights with Angel Eyes.

Like I said, don't like the rear lights. BMW could have done better. Now post some pictures of your M3 CSL instead, that's what I want to see.

I thought same thing. Camaro from the rear. Challenger in the front. Hideous.

Does anyone remember the good ole days when bmw would actually produce small cars and make the concept cars the big cars. Now it's reversed.

The looks are also .... Not one corner of this car has class or interesting design. Just big swoops and attention getting stuff. This is Kim kardashian. I want monica belluci bmw back.

See my first reply, just added the following re the "Turbomeister" livery:

Quote:
Also the "Turbomeister" livery is a clever play on words that both hints to the old "Jägermeister" livery but also pays hommage to the 2002 Turbo as the first turbocharged BMW as well as the link to the later F1 World Championship by a car powered by a BMW turbo engine.

"Turbomeister" translates to "Turbochampion" in English BTW

"Turbomeister" translates to "Turbochampion" in English. I guess it's a play on words and also relates to Nelson piquet's F1 world championship won by a BMW turbo engine'd car.

No this not a Toyota, the chassis underneath is the BMW GmbH developed F87 M2 which will also have an M2 GTS and M2 CSL.

The Hommage cars are basically hiding the M2 GTS in plain sight.

Not loving the paint job - I get why they did it though. Blue one looked better IMO, mainly because I don't like these wheels with the two tone paint job.

I think it would have looked better with the traditional 4 headlights as well...more BMW-ish that way.

Finally a good looking BMW. It's been nearly a decade of anemic designs.

I would have to agree here - I saw the M2 in person at Cars and Coffee a few weeks ago and it was a little underwhelming. Saw it sitting still and in motion - it looks better (to me) while moving.

They had it sitting next to an F80 and the M3 looked more the M car. I was surprised to feel that way...
