Why is the instrument panel saying "LIM"?
Does that mean you don't have cruise control, and the car will not go faster than 40?

It's a great feature, the speed limiter. I personally like it more than cruise control because you're still partially in control of your speed, so if you're cruising on the highway and approach a slower moving vehicle, you simply let off the throttle a little bit. Once in the clear, you lower your foot again and accelerate right up to the speed you set, but not past it. When you're at that speed, you can pretty much press the accelerator around 20% further without it exceeding the speed, so you just keep your foot roughly in the right region to maintain cruise. I love it!

So then it is working opposite way of the cruise control, where you can cruise at the set speed, temporarily hit the throttle to overtake the slow car, and the car will automatically slow down to the set speed again.

I would have liked to have both systems.

Which button activates the LIM-thing? I assume its activated manually so you can chose when the max speed should be on/off.

I'm not sure I understand correctly but that sounds scary?! If you are on a road with one lane in each direction with the LIM at 100km/h and you approach a car doing 90-95km/h, overtaking that car will take ages then? or is the limit disabled when you really floor the accelerator? (in case you would want to hurry up the overtaking process a bit)
