Coding F20 with iDrive 5

Hi All

Just getting ready to swap from an F30 320D to F20 M140i and want to get EBT coded (I'm getting a pre-reg car, only thing it didn't have that I wanted is EBT).

There is plenty of info on coding F30s on here (and I did it about 3 years ago), but not much on F20s - I'm presuming it's mostly the same as its the same system.

Does anyone know if the version of iDrive software makes any difference to the options / codes? I'm presuming not, but just want to make sure.

Thanks

Dan

F2x (not F25 / F26) / F3x / F8x share the same ECU's.

When it comes to HU_NBT or HU_NBT2 (AKA HU_NBT_EVO), those are shared by all chassis. Coding is mostly the same between idrive4 and idrive5.
