Yes it is. We have that view right from the house.

I love the City, work in the City and enjoy the nightlife in the City but I love being able to leave and come home to gorgeous LI and have great restaurants, quiet times and a house to come home to instead of paying a fortune for a small cramped apartment in a crappy neighborhood.
