F20 1-series testing spy video shows turn signal inside angel eyes & squared AEs

Hi Guys,

Here is new video of F20 1-series testing spy video in Munich.

I noticed that the turn signal is inside the angel eyes for the first time in a BMW !

Also it's looks like that the angel eyes is semi squared such the one in the F30 3-series.

That would be really neat if they were squarred, but I'm not convinved yet--I think it might be the masking tape giving the squared off look.

Oh it's a mini-mini-mini sized 7-Series, or a Mini-mini 5-Series, or a Mini F30 3-Series... Nice!

Still the two big questions, will it have a 6 cylinder available and what will the coupe be like. If the coupe is a 2 series, it might be nothing like the hatch. Scott26 posted somewhere the coupe would follow 14 to 16 months after the hatch. That would be around the end of next year and leave a gap of almost a year after the end of production of the 1 series coupe.

Every time I see an E46 M3 I feel that the next 1 series should be something like that car.

Couldn't it be option based though, like the F12/F13 6-series LED headlights vs xenons? (And perhaps the old halogens.)

Very true, I hope BMW does something like this across the line, would be a great option to have, look amazing, and also help differentiate as well

Dont be fooled by that black tape outline on the headlights, thats just there to throw us off, I think the real headlight shape is going to be more like the 5er GT and be very sharp and overall svelte looking

I agree, I just pray they are savvy enough to feed the hunger of North America!

When I look at the Lexus CT200H, I wonder if BMW might sell this in the USA.
