Ibeech,

I had no choice but to order through a leasing company, as it is a company car afterall. LexAutolease simply place the order with the dealer, but i know they did this on the 26th of March, it doesn't make sense why it should take an additional 3-4 weeks. Arrrrrrrgggggggggg. Its not all bad, i'm driving a 200 brake passat with DSG auto just now so i can enjoy the power till the 1er arrives and then i may actually miss those horses. ( i could only order up to the 118d !)

Fair enough! I only got the 116i due to my personal budget- plan to get it remapped from 135 to 170bhp though.

Had no response from my dealer today.

You order from your dealers parts department. Make sure you get it in the right colour! And be prepared to pay a lot for it

Congrat.!

the new F20 1series is a very good car with much fun!

I will have oil change for my 318i this weekend and I will test drive the 118i.

You didn't tell them that 290,000RMB is equivalent to 4,6000 dollar

A long wait maybe but I'm sure you will pleased with your car - it'll be worth the wait.

and 1er is more than 11% discount in shanghai, despite the high guided price here.
Have you got your car?
I placed my order last month in Beijing. The dealer said that the car will be built in July.
I wonder when can I receive it.

i ordered my 118 sport version in March 25th, and my dealer told me it would arrive in half year.
but recently my dealer called me again that my car will arrive this weekend, June 15th.
i think i will have got it before middle of July after a series of precedure in China.

Hi

Hi mate! I have same experience of buying car in China. I'm very surprised that I cannot buy any BMW with manual gearbox cos automatic shift might be lack of fun.
