Actually, I reckon even the auto footwell is a tad cramped. Certainly relative to my previous 8P S3, and to our MkVI VW GTD. It may well be a RHD problem, as there seems to be plenty of space in my passenger footwell.

I have relatively small feet and small shoes (obviously) and I feel it cramped. It's not an issue when driving normally but if you are on a long motorway joinery and you try to move around you realise there is bugger all space down there.

Probably a right hand steering issue. The pedals are perfect in left hand steering F20s. Just close enough to make heel and toe possible.

I was in Spain last week and got a F20 rental. Same problem there as well... The wife doesnt seem to be bothered but my 18 y/o son seems to hate it. He prefers the golf for space etc. but loves the drive on the 1! The drive and refinement is so much better than the golf but nothing like my F10
