Does anyone know if alloys for the previous 1 series fits on the new F20, ie. regarding slightly differences in wheel hub diameter and ET?

The offset seems to be compatible. I think the wheels from the previous generation CAN fit, but they do not necessarily fit. So some will fit, others not. The lug bolts have changed from 12 mm to 14 mm, so if the bolt holes are too small, the bolts will not go through. In that case the wheels must be modified to fit.

ok, but what about the 0.1mm difference in wheel hub diameter? Will this work?

I don't think 0.1 mm difference in hub diameter would matter.

I've been wondering the same thing. Would love to know if the BMW style 216 (BMW Motorsport by BBS) will fit the F20.
