2 series wood trims for 1 series ? (Fineline pure))

Hi, as I see, the part numbers of common trims for 1 and 2 series are same

Can I use fineline pure trim of 2 series in 1 series ?

Fineline pure is not an option for 1 series normally

I don't see why not! You would get a unique 1 series for sure

It could be for a purpose. Just in case you care about impressions other than your own: if you go this way it can be read as all you could get (afford?) of the 2 Series (broken dreams are hard to cash - most people have plenty of their own).

The one series and two series are very similar, particularly inside. I guess BMW just wanted to keep them slightly apart by offering different trim. Some BMW owners will always custom make their cars with parts they like from other models, like rims, steering wheels, trim, body colour, suspension parts and so on. BMW are surely happy about that, as they earn more money selling all the parts.
