I much prefer Jack Daniels Sinatra over anything else they make.

Saw a nice product photography image the other day of Macallan No. 6 and Macallan Reflexion. Them there are some pricey quaffs. Macallan No. 6 will run you $4000/bottle and Reflexion comes in at $1200/bottle. Yikes.

I picked up a bottle of Buffalo Trace today. I was browsing at the local liquor store here in town since we couldn't make it to the super-stores in Champaign because of the snow. The Macallan at the local store was about $15 more than it is at Sam's Club. GJ was about $6 more, which isn't bad. Then I saw a bottle of Buffalo Trace and remembered reading your post about it. It was $27/bottle. Easy enough. Not sure what it goes for at the super-stores, but I'm sure the difference isn't much.

I won't get around to trying it until Monday maybe, but it looks nice and rich. Love the color.

Added just a tiny splash of club soda to the Buffalo Trace tonight. I'm surprised at the effect it has. Smoother drinking and more flavors showing through. Not bad.
