Exclamation drivetrain malfunction

hey guys I got the drivetrain malfunction error appearing and disappearing, i did run a scan of the car, and it showing

E09410 : Message (transmission train display data, PT-CAN2, 0x3FD) missing, receiver GWS, transmitter EME

E08486 GWS, PT-CAN2: communication fault

CF17A1 : message (status, gear selector switch, 0x197) missing , receiver EGS, transmitter GWS

CF1531 Message (group fault 2 - effect on driving: possible): Receiver EGS, transmitter DME/DDE

I tried a different selector, still getting the same error code checked the wiring, and couldn't notice any damage, we tried a different gear unit still had the same error code, even changed the megatronics still same error code.

We ran a software update for all the cars same error again.

the car is driving fine with no issue besides this error appearing when scanning the transmission ECU.

still running on factory battery
