Nice (and hot) day at the dyno

Car pulls very nicely indeed I am quite worried about that JB4 AFR...log says 12.2 so what is going on? Any idea why the JB4 pull is oscillating like that - feels completely smooth driving the car? Stock M135i is making 265whp on this dyno.

Harkes-is your car pwg or ewg ? AFRs on jb4 graph look lean at the top. Is flex fuel harness installed ?

Mate did you log the runs on the dyno ? Reason I ask is I curious on the AFR's. The logs posted here http://www.n54tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31465 show pretty rich JB4 logs , if I compare that to the actual AFR's from the dyno plot ... there is a massive difference. Are the JB4 Logs really that accurate ?

Thanks.. yes... I have reviewed and it appears there is a disconnect in AFR's for sure which makes me wonder !! I have always questioned the algorithms to display the AFR's in the JB4 logs, especially when alcohol based fuels are used Only real way to tune alcohol is lamba. If it was a small variable it could be acceptable but there is a massive difference between 11.8 and 13.8 at WOT @6000rpmw. That said some of these wideband sensors used on Dyno's are in serious need of calibration.

Was the "stock" M135i yours with the JB4 deactivated, or another car?

The jumpy curves in your modified run suggest some tuning issues relative to the smooth "stock" curves. Do you have a boost log?
