Will these fit?

Will I have any trouble fitting these on my F20?

They are 245/45/18, 8J x 18

I think they will be too tall. The original F20 size is 245/35-18.

They'll fit but the profile will look a little too chunky. You'll also get a thicker side wall with a 45 profile
