I'd want to see one for real before buying... I have seen this before and just can't make my mind up if I like it or not.

It looks fancy, but I don't think I would like to use it. I prefer a grippy steering wheel with very simple design on the outer ring. All the bumps are simply disturbing when you have to shift your grip quickly. My ideal is something like this:
