iPhone bluetooth audio - low volume
Hi,
the question goes out to all using an iPhone (5c in my case) and stream audio via bluetooth. My problem is the volume being significantly lower than radio for example, about 30% difference, so when I switch to FM from BT my ears explode. Volume on the iPhone is maxed and volume control turned off in the settings. So anyone else got an issue with BT audio volume being annoyingly low? I tried re-pairing which has no effect as expected. I got navi pro + harman kardon. Car is an 116i 2014 if it matters. |

Same here!
No solution to provide but to lower the volume before you switch to radio

Just realized why the huge volume difference annoys me so noticeably...
I used to have an iPhone 4 and always docked in the media snap-in adapter. I believe both sound quality and sound volume was better that way compared to bluetooth audio. Now I got an iPhone 5c and there is no snap-in adapter available yet, so the problem will solve it self eventually. Once they release an adapter IŽll get it and no more accidentally blowing ears when switching to FM from Media. |
