Final options!

After reading the forum, I have decided to ditch the following options for my new 120d M-sport:

Driver/C Pack
Sport auto/ changed it for the standard auto

And added the visibility pack.

Think I have made the right choice! But I think the vis pack is worth it.

I agree with most of that, but would delete auto transmission and sliding armrest. I would also put extended storage and lighting on highly recommended.

... the 8 speed auto is simply superb! I've had both the manual and now the auto - and with the paddles on the steering wheel too for those wild sport+ moments ;-)

General consensus appears to be that the Driver Comfort Pack will be de rigeur and key to keeping good residuals at the end of 3 years.

I would also suggest you think about the sun protection pack which gives you factory-fitted 3-window tinted glass and grey shade on windshield for £250 which is actually on par or cheaper than after-market fitting. Missed this one myself.

Think about DAB if the changeover happens in 2-3 years, you'll be caught out with clunky aftermarket fits.
