So after two years in an Explorer Sport we are back in an X5! The Explorer had so many problems from having the brakes replaced three times in 30,000 miles to electronics problems to weird noises. Worst car I have ever owned.

On to the good stuff!

X5 Pic looks like Luxury Line to me maybe? My wife and I just test drove new X5s last night... looking to move on from the 2010 X5 she's driving now with 78K miles, but unsure if X5 will be enough room for the 5-yr old and 18-month old, (both peskily growing)... Lexus GX has annoying right-hand hatch door, Infinity QX80 seems so dang BIG...

but also saw pretty M3 and M4 in the showroom (I had to sit in the M3). White/SO... also sat in M3 rear seat and pleasantly surprised by comfort level.

Damn, my wife hasn't had had any issues with her Explorer.

Either way, congrats to you all.

Nice! My wife wants an X5 too but we had one too many kids so we need to stick with three row seating.

You can get an X5 with a 3rd row. We have it and my kids and they're friends love sitting back there. It is a bit cramped, really only suited for kids, but that's why we got it.

We would have got the third row but this all happened in a day and they didn't have any with it on the lot.

Congrats on the new ride! The old Definitive E90 M (new VelvetE90) is running like a champ. Still trying to come out to a Camarillo Cars and Coffee meet soon.

Thanks, good to hear! I miss her. I just recently found the front row hook cover and tow hook in the garage!
