I don't understand how you could ruin a launch on a DCT...it's appalling. It's like ruining an instant cup noodles. Even if he just mashed it off the line in Efficient mode it would've taken off better.

Now if that F82 was a manual like MINE I could understand that he just launched it like a turd but this is just too much..

I seen a drag race in person with a M4 vs RC-F, and the M4 spanked it every time.
That driver just has his foot down, expecting the car to do all the work! When we all know that you need to have a feel for the road and know what the car is telling you?!

Obviously this video is dumb and made for entertainment purposes but it's funny to see the different reactions from different boards. Here we see that most of the drivers have no clue what they're doing which is why the cars that were expected to "win" didn't. Then you hop over to Lexus forums and they're celebrating this because despite all of the RC F's deficiencies, it's still manages to hang and beat cars that are more expensive and expected to dominate.

Even though the Lexus RCF is not "really" the fastest car, it does show that it is a legitimate contender and an option B for those that want a bit more of a luxury GT over the M4. It can still get the job done and sounds amazing doing so....
