Ordered 118i M sell/keep its 17" wheels?

i have ordered a 118i M Sport delivering in July. I have also ordered a set of forgestar blk rims for it. What would you do with the original 383M set of wheels:
1) trade in where i got my forgestar wheels
2) keep it
3) sell it after market

what would u do? if choose opt (3) what's the fair amount?

Cheers,

Trade In is simplest, if they take them. Selling privately will probably realise more money. Sensible to get trade in price to know a base price. Regardless, no point keeping.

Garage List
I would keep them, either for winter tyres or return to stock if the car will be sold

Thank you for all your input. My car dosn't come til July, so I still have time to think. Most likely i will sell them. The part of the globe i live in, we don't need winter tires; however, i do think having a set of spare tires would be nice since the new wheels i am getting ain't run flats. (might be tedious if i hit a nail or something).

btw, i will look for the 118i f20 on fb later...yes i figured some ppl with standard will be interested....cuz the 16" wheels r simply nasty. i ordered that b4 and changed to M. i was going to keep the 16" figuring nobody would want them anyways. lol

cheers

yah, you can't really sell the stock rims with a lot of money in hk. I saw the 17" 385M on the M sport F20. It actually looks really good on the car.

Btw, bimmer852, when did you order your car? your car will arrive in hk in july?

i ordered back in march for the basic 118i (JET BLK) it was going to arrive in June. I amended the order to M sport when i learned it's coming to HKG. So, it will arrive in July. if i were to order now quickest will arrive in September.

I have seen 17" 383M with Estoril Blue M118i in show room. it looks alright. better in picture at least.

I guess it takes few months to get the car. I ordered mine two weeks ago and just quick enough to make for June production and hopefully it arrives in Sept on time. Ordered a white M sports

Did you add any option to your car? I added front parking sensor, HK speakers and 18" 386M rims.

Wonder if the car can run with 19" rim with enough power. haha

Comfort access is like keyless go; no need to press the key to open the door. i think it useless because you don't need to plug your key to start the car anyways. expensive useless option i think lol

18" is 9k + tax. I didn't want to look for after market rims, so I go for that. thinking to chip it after the warrenty or not haha
