Windscreen replacement

I have a long crack and few chips on my m125i windscreen, I live in Brisbane Australia, just wondering if anyone has similar experience having your car windscreen replaced? Shall I get it done in BMW dealership? Or any auto glass repairer? How much does it cost me roughly??

Make a few calls to BMW dealer and other companies. You should be insisting in a genuine BMW screen no matter who does the installation.

Mine got smashed by my wiper arm; took a lot of battling but eventually got BMW to replace it; no way I was going to have a cheap replacement; apparently auto wipers often don't work properly with them.
