door unlock

I would like to ask if someone with f20 could help.
When i am leaving the car and as i open the driver's door i noticed that only the driver's door opens. So if i want to pick my bag from back seat i have to open the doors from remote key. Is it normal? In my last car (peugeot 207)when i opened the driver's door all other doors unlocked as well.

Indeed, default setting is one click opens driver's door, two opens all doors. Can change through iDrive.

Also your I drive setting may relock doors and a certain speed, so when you exit the driver door unlocks and the rest remain locked.

Again this can be changed in idrive

If I remember correctly the dealer told me that it depends on whether the engine is still running or not. If it is, only your door unlocks, if not all doors. If you leave it running, you need to use the lock/unlock button in the middle of the dashboard(next to the hazard button) to unlock all doors.

The service manager who did my pre-delivery asked me what I would prefer one or two stage unlocking. I chose two stage but now you're making me reconsider about the bag in the backseat which I do also!
