Looking for buying advice...

Hey guys,

I am looking to trade my 09 318d in for the car I've always wanted - the legendary M135i

So - I am looking for some buying advice, what should I be on the lookout for, what are the common issues on these cars (2013/2014)...

Any advice from some owners would be amazing!!

PS: I am in the UK, budget is around £16k max

Talking

"You mustn't believe all those old wives' stories." M135i, indeed! "There isn't any such thing." Nobody here has or has had one.

Geez, never imagined it's going to be this tough to get into the M135i "club", or no one owns one or there is no troubles

PS: did I post this in the wrong forum...?

Never overlook an opportunity to found your own club. Have you searched the forum (to make sure it's the right one)? There's been quite some, they dominated to the point somebody encouraged less lucky ones to participate as well. I recall only one second hand buyer admitting that though (GeoBem007). Find him on the Nurburgring. From UK here was a Bee who's apparently still busy Peeing in a M2 already (Bee Pee). It's just everybody's gone now. The only issue reported I recall was baking the crankshaft in a wrong oil for a donut. But you won't buy an engine that won't start, will you? So you're ready then.
