2016 125i Lci M sport ECU upgrade

Hi from Australia
I am new to the site so excuse my lack of searching as there so many posts.
I just received a new 2016 125i Lci m sport
I am looking to get the ecu upgraded I see BMW do a power kit for the earlier model 125i but I cannot get a response from BMW to say this would fit my car.
What options are available even looking at the BMW Induction kits if they make one that is and the ECU upgrade where is the best place to look to see what is the best option
Has any one heard of Kraftwerk Performance for engine power upgrades

Hi there,

I'm in a similar postion, again looking for upgrades to the 125 f20 lci.

Have a look at Evolve Technik

http://www.evolve-technik.com.au/

They are one of the few that operate locally, however are very pricey. They quoted me 1600 aud for a chip tune, however offer local benefits such as a drive before you buy policy, which is not as easy when ordering chip sets from Europe. However these are much more financially attractive. I myself am looking at racechips, however will probably wait a couple years for it.

I believe Chris chadwick tried the Evolve tune +1 year ago on his M135i.

Long time no chat Chris

Wow that's a nice upgrade.

I have a 2017 build 125i M Sport and would love to do this but I've been told the electronic black box here is monitored and BMW would even know if you flashed the ECU and restored it afterwards for a service.

Is there a BMW approved tune? I remember in some countries the Audi dealer would offer an MTM reflash upgrade as an extra option.

Got a quote from Kraftwerk who operate all over Australia for their plug n play unit for $1250 inc. gst and delivery. Increases are 42kw and 87nm. This is for N20.

Any progress? Got a quote from evolve for 1.6k too. Which seems a bit much.

Tossing between JB4 and bootmod3.

With the latter, having had prior experience with MHD. I assume the process is similar?
