Meanwhile here in southern California it's about 70 degrees and the sun is shining. Good luck to you all.

My parents live in Denver...so, yeah, all you northerners laughing at those places that can't handle snow, you all can have the damn snow. Have all you want and fucking keep it. I'll stay my ass in the south where the only thing our 2.5-3 mos. of "winter" brings is the occasional freeze and 1 month of wicked allergies from the mountain cedar that blows in from the Hill Country.

Don't get too cocky now. I was wearing a sweatshirt for the greater part of the day.

Lil' brother in DC area keeps cheering about the "white gold" falling. He maintains a fleet of plows and sanders. He'll earn a bundle in overtime this weekend. It's all a matter of perspective.

Ah yes, that's bringing back memories. I was just thinking about that storm from '94 when there was thunder and lightning in a snow storm in NY! I still have never experienced that again - it was an incredible combination. I remember walking to work down Broadway in the middle of the street and Manhattan was silent.

I'm in DC now, and this is definitely looking pretty epic for this area! I slid around in my ZHP on Wednesday, and then promptly put it in the garage until this wraps up. Maybe I need to invest in some snow tires, but I'm going to buy myself an M3 first, and then decide between snow tires vs. a cheap beater for the winter.

I just see it as fun trying out the new truck and new plow! It was like when you get your pressure washer out and you want to pressure wash the world...but with snow instead. Best day!

Love the drift fridge. Sheer genius.

Some people just know how to adapt. Well done.
