I got back from European Delivery about a week ago and still havent adjusted to the local time here. I have been staying up til about 8 or 9 in the morning and slept until 4 or 5 PM here. I had no problem adjusting to Germany's time but am having problems adjusting to US time. Weird.

I've always had problems when I returned from the states. I try to take a short nap, one or two hours, but end up sleeping 'til late in the afternoon. Then I stay awake all night and fall asleep somewhere around five a.m. only to sleep most of that day. This slowly abates but it takes almost a week. It's the other way around when I travel to the states. I fall asleep early in the evening and wake up very early in the morning.

Had/have a stuffed nose/coughing for about a week. I got a real bad sinus infection when I went to Cancun in May, and have had troubles off and on since. I'm totally dragging, had to go sleep in my truck for about an hour just before lunch. Popping about 4g/Vit C a day.

Sounds like allergies. I had allergies the whole time in Europe. My allergies are much better now. Have you tried Claritin/Allegra/etc? If not, Sudafed?
