Thumbs up Captain America: Civil War (more MARVEL Epic Win)

I am so ready for this and pretty geeked up too! The introduction of multiple new MARVEL characters including Black Panther (who gets his own film next year). THIS is what "comic movies" are meant to be!
I took a screenshot for your viewing pleasure of Black Panther and The Vision appearances below.

My favorite part is where they go out on that bridge and we find out that Rogers is really Starks dad... Then Stark kills Rogers. #capdies
Does the spoiler alert go before the spoiler or after? (Kidding: obviously.)

This is probably the next movie I'll see even though I'm not huge on some of the characters.

So......who dies in this one?

More like, who's arm/hand off!
Suppose in every Marvel Movie they chop off someone's hand/arm

Guardian of the Galaxy - Groot's arms by Gamora
Thor: Dark World - Thor's Right Hand by Loki (Illusion)
Captain America: Winter Soldier - Bucky's Left Arm
Iron Man 3 - Guy Pierce's Left Hand by Iron Man
Avengers: Age of Ultron - Klaw's arm by Ultron
AntMan - Yellow Jacket looses an arm first when he Shrinks into nothingness
Deadpool - Deadpool saws off his own hand

Same thing happens on TV
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. - Coulson by Mack with an Axe
Agent Carter - Some SSR Agent by Dottie Underwood
Daredevil - Japanese Samurai by Stick

Spoiler-Free

Just came back from this movie. It's better than Avengers 2. It doesn't feel dragged on and builds up Spiderman and Black Panther for their own movie. I came out of this thinking the exact same thing as I exited Ant-Man, that I really like Ant-Man.

There's 2 post credit scenes, so stay for them.

Looks like you paid @ $15 US dollars for a morning show. Was it in IMAX by any chance? Kind of stout for a early matinee.
BUT... That is sweet you saw it already! I can NOT wait....

Capt. America better die and have Bucky take over; as per the comics. If he lives it's going to be a serious Hollywood offense to Marvel.

Chris Evans stated he's committed to several more films in the franchise.

Not a fan. I enjoyed the 1st 15 or 20 minutes of Ironman, but it seems all downhill after that. All CGI, very little story. Action just for action's sake, no reason. Though I did like Ant Man......

Just saw a cast and crew screening of the movie. Excellent fight scenes and story/plot was surprisingly unique for a superhero movie. It's a definite watch even if you're not into the Marvel universe.

Caught a 1030 show yesterday on my day off. Overall, a good movie but it did feel every bit of it's time duration. It didn't end the way I expected yet, at the same time, it did (how's that for an opaque statement ). Admittedly, I don't know much about Vision and Black Panther but I can see how a standalone movie of the latter could be good. I'm still not fond of Ant Man either. Aunt May, however...

There are 2 post-movie featurettes, or whatever they are called, but the 2nd, IMHO, is not worth the obscenely long list of credits. Especially since it brings nothing new or interesting that wasn't already known about in terms of upcoming movies.

Saw it at the midnight showing with some friends for some reason. The last Marvel movie I saw was Thor 2 so I was a little confused with the new characters but overall it wasn't too confusing. I liked the movie. Good plot, good characters, cheesy over-the-top fighting. Could have used more Marisa Tomei though.

@bosstones

Couldn't disagree more. As a diehard fan of the comic - this was about as good an adaption as I could have hoped for.

Additionally - the inclusion of Spider-Man is critical to a multilayer cross-over opportunity in future Marvel movies. Think about how successful Avengers vs. X-Men could be if this collaboration is successful.

Ant-Man has already demonstrated stand alone strength, and Black Panther was simply FANTASTIC.

IMO - great movie and significant strides toward what you expect this genre to offer fans.
