Hi trying to update software via USB stick downloaded relevant software to USB stick an it says not supports on the idrive screen and doesn't even recognise its there what to I do ???

My CA told me to use the glovebox usb port. When I did, nothing... When I plugged it into the usb port in the arm rest, it worked...
