BMW finishes 2010 Q1 as world's top premium brand

I don t think Audi will overtake BMW... They don t have the power (models) to do that...
This year BMW will launch some very good models and they will remain on top!

Actually i beg to differ over the fact that Audi can't do well. Under the wings of the VW group, Audi does have quite a lot of potential to overtake BMW soon. Even though we may be fans of BMW, it is no doubt that majority of drivers in the world doesn't even care what they drive as long as it is popular and follows the trend.

Another fact of Audi is that there is a Crazy growth of fan base in China (The Chinese just want to follow trend and show off whenever they can afford it. Cars like the Audi A6 is becoming a norm there now). The China market will tilt the favor towards Audi pretty soon.

Even in my country Singapore, there is also a growing group of Audi lovers as they are doing very good in their publicity. I can also see an equal number of BMW and Audi drivers on our roads now. So yeah, BMW really have to buck up for I don't wish for it to lose too!

It won't last long. Audi will take over this year or next year the latest. I don't like it but it will happen due to China.

I seriously doubt it,with the upcoming models in line for launching(F30 etc) plus the Olympics coming(BMW will be the official vehicles in England)...BMW will widen its gap from AUDI.

Where are those Front Wheel Drive BMWs?? We need em asap to keep BMW on top! Oh and more stupid BMW SUVs too. Give me X1s, x3s, X5s, X6s, X7s, X8s, XZ4s, etc. Let's not forget the 0 series...oh and the X0.

I mean...come on we need hundreds more iterations of products...lets make a specific model for every person out there and lets cater to everyone in every market. Nevermind just focusing on your core competencies.

In fact I am surprised Audi is not already in front of BMW. It is very easy for them, they have very little to do, as VW does most of the work.

Audi are very lucky to be in the position they are in, what was the bottomless pockets that VW has compared to the likes of BMW. I am a little surprised that they didn't overtake BMW this quarter but I do believe it's only a matter of time before the inevitable happens.
