Not bad. Did you drive mainly in Eco Pro Mode too?

Comfort mode for the most of the time. It's not a big difference in consumption in eco pro mode, but response is much better.

Is the shorter interval because of the warmer climate in turkey (and other warmer countries)

In the uk my 118d has done 19,000 miles and is showing another 2,000 miles till its first service. Which would be more like 30,000 km

Actually I've brought mine one week ago and complained about that a lot. My service assistant told me that in Turkey diesel quality has became good but petrol is still not ok. So that's why it's often.

But..., here comes a glitch.
She said for diesel in Turkey, it's good; so service period is 30.000 km.
But I have also a 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman. It's says 30.000 km or 2 years!!!
I asked this, she said: "We recommend maximum 15.000 km for Minis"
(Next month it's gonna be 2 years and it's on 12.500 km btw)

So, that's a mind confusing trick, can they take a risk like this? Such as getting more from customers?

1. you bought it new and it said 11.000 kms for next service? If yes, then it is a) either a software problem with the CBS or b) it is set like that by BMW Turkey...which is strange or is a scum by BMW Turkey.

2. If the CBS has default the 11.000 kms mark set by BMW Turkey, then I guess is nothing you can do.

I have no answer, other than there is aproblem with the CBS software or they have set different service intervals for San Paolo.

Not true. In Greece we have a warm climate (same as Turkey) and the service interval is at 30.000+ kms.

What I gather from all the above is that a) either the CBS software has a problem (like mine had problem with the brake pad sensors) or b) the loval BMW importer has set different CBS values....now if that is approved by BMW Ag or not is something I do not know.

When we ask our service their answer because of Turkey's petrol quality. ıts ridiculous. Petrol quality bad but diesel quality better than petrol. Who can believe this...
