BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Hi there,
two Days ago my M-Performance Exhaust arrived,

We installed it immediately and made a Comparison Vid with the Stock exhaust (first Car), the Bastuck Exhaust (second , with 1 M Front) and the M-Performance exhaust

Drive by with about 3500 rpm

hard acceleration

Drive by with 3500rpm and lifting the pedal to get backfires..

Just forgot to Say .. the Bastuck ran already 5000 km the Stock ran 4000km the Performance about 40km

all Three Exhaust revving

Thanks for the great vids, for once we see what the difference is properly. Loving that 1m front bumper feel it makes the car look meaner. Where did he get it from?
Exhaust wise I usually like that gurgle sound a lot so for me it's bastuck, but we are still waiting on milltek and akra. Congrats on the new exhaust an great vid

Great vid! Just fitted the Bastuck exhaust however, sounds terrible when driving in comfort mode. May have to give it some time to adjust.

Whoa ! Nice...

Please tell me more about that 1M front.
Can it just be fitted instead of the original F20 M-sport front , or is it custom work ?

The Bastuck sounded bassier, throatier than the others though... which is good!

I think I prefer the M as well. What's it like at low revs and normal driving?

Does it suffer from droaning etc?

To be honest.....

I'm more interested in how the exhaust sounds inside the car, since I'm the one who's got to listen to it all day long. In that regard I'm pretty happy with the standard system, which is nice and rorty in Sport but sufficiently subdued in Comfort to allow conversation.

the m exhaust definitely sounds the best .
but is it really worth it given that there is hardly any power bump (so ive heard)?

Garage List
Seems like BMW UK have upped the price on the M Performance Exhaust upgrade. Still showing as 685 GBP on their accessories list but real price seems to be 1000 + 45 GBP fitting charge! And the unit is on worldwide back order, so no telling how long it would take to ship.
