I have just ordered a new F20 118i M Sport metallic black and I want to know which interior look the best in your opinion: Aluminium Hexagon with estoril blue interior trim finisher, or grinding aluminum with shiny black line? I have to decide it this week...

Thanks
If it's black outside, I'd try to make it a bit lighter inside... Just a matter of taste, really!

Welcome to the F20 world, fellow countryman!

Thanks,

I went for the default hexagon with estoril blue trim finish... after I knew its available shiny black finish with alu hexagon, or brushed alu, as options in M sport packet... so I still can change my decision this week

It would be easier if theres only one possible combination

Which color exterior/interior did you choose?

Superspeed, can you take photo of the side of the car to see how the 17" M wheels look?

Anyway you find it here:

I read it from A - Z before the car arrived, to shorten the waiting

I'd love to see the English version of that manual to shorten my wait.

Do any of you UK owners have access to this?

I must say the car looks really good, so I can't wait getting the key

I'll post better pictures as soon as I can lay my hand on the car
Looking at the photo of the rear of the car, it looks like BMW had to cut the space for the twin pipe, you said was standard?

I actually didn't remember the car only had a single pipe on my sneek peak picture....
When I later got the car in my own hands they were sorry they had not recieved the twin tailpipes yet. What they didn't tell me was that they already changed the grey part of the diffusor to fit the twin pipes to come. So I thought that's how the car left factory...... without remembering my early picture.
Thank you henry for clearing up in this matter!

The non-M models come with the rear bumper in one piece, painted in body colour. To keep the costs down, they obviously cut the space wider to fit twin pipes, while on the M-sport it's easier to change the relatively small lower part of the bumper/diffusor. Especially since it is grey no matter the colour of the rest of the car.

Sorry for the confusion I created earlier about single or twin space as standard!

To sum up: All models below 125i/d come with a single space for the tailpipe, including M-sport. When fitting twin pipes you have to cut out in the bumper (bimmerman has a picture of it), unless you have the M-sport where they instead change the lower part of the diffusor.

No worries! It is a shame it doesn't come with the wider diffuser, as it would be so much easier and cost less. I asked my dealer if they could just change it at the factory, they said they can only do it at the dealer hence why the cost is £600 Boo!
