I had this on a different car some years avo. It was caused by a blocked drainage channel which had caused a backlog of rainwater and might have filled an air filter as well.

"Give piece a chance": contact your dealer. It shouldn't be expensive to fix (if not just free).

Thanks, but I want to fix it myself, I have to do? my car is September 2014, and this wet passenger side (right) front, the bottom of the carpet.

Well, I watched the mechanic do it but I can barely remember details. The two points I noticed:

1. he used some access from under the car (started under the hood, like unlocked those, dived underneath to remove(?) and that was it);
2. it was really fast - just a few (a couple of?) minutes.

These things are located near/under the front (windscreen) pillars. It's hard to locate them on a diagram, especially as I don't know how they look (like this? they must be some net filters I guess), but this one might be helpful/indicating: Various grommets / covers (refine the diagram selection for your car but it must be exactly the same I would guess).

A textual description: Anybody got info on the grommet recall??.

If you happen to have a sunroof you might be experiencing an issue similar to this.

"You can't leave... Without saying "good night"." I don't know what exactly you refer to but I guess I heard something of the kind. I never worry: the car "lives on it's own".

Do you really have to hate BMW service that much? With a warranty car you should have your concerns ready for them.

My wild guess is a (single) clanking sound I sometimes hear from under the hood when leaving the car can be related to hot turbine (the heat shield?) cooling down. I usually drive moderately before a stop and this could be why it's an infrequent case.
